Serket Tech provides an AI-driven, computer vision-based monitoring solution for pig farming. The technology tracks and analyzes pig behaviors in real time, helping farmers address challenges like mortality rates, antibiotic usage, and labor efficiency. Role Overview
In this dynamic role as the sole designer in the company, I led the entire design lifecycle, transforming initial concepts into stunning final executions. My key responsibilities included diving deep into project requirements, sparking strategic discussions with stakeholders, and conducting insightful customer interviews to gather valuable feedback. I created intuitive UX/UI designs for both mobile and web applications, continuously validating concepts through engaging feedback loops with stakeholders.
Collaboration & Implementation
I collaborated closely with development teams to ensure smooth design handoffs and performed detailed front-end QA to uphold quality. I established and managed comprehensive design systems and delivered impactful design presentations. Strategizing and implementing new features across multiple platforms was my focus, all while creating seamless user experiences!
Design Enhancements & Strategy
I restructured mobile app navigation and sitemaps to optimize usability, contributing to marketing and sales initiatives that support overall business goals. My efforts ensured a cohesive approach to user experience and company objectives, driving success across the board.
Web App Platform Design
I specialized in creating intuitive interfaces that could effectively display and manage large volumes of data for various user types. This required developing sophisticated data visualizations to make complex information accessible and meaningful. I designed and maintained a comprehensive design system, ensuring visual consistency and clarity across the platform. Using Figma prototypes, I demonstrated intricate data flows and collaborated with developers to ensure seamless integration. My role also included front-end QA to ensure that data visualizations and interactive elements functioned flawlessly.
Mobile App Design
I led a comprehensive redesign to streamline and enhance the user experience. This included a full restructure of the app’s navigation and UX flows, simplifying user interactions and making key features more accessible. I also designed and integrated new features, carefully aligning them with user needs and business objectives. Using Google Material Design principles, I created familiar and intuitive interfaces, validated through continuous feedback and testing. I was responsible for updating and maintaining the comprehensive design system, ensuring consistency across both web and mobile applications.
