Simplifying Neuroscience: UX/UI Design for a Portable EEG Platform
PsyPhy develops cutting-edge EEG amplifiers and educational tools designed for neuroscience research. Their challenge was presenting complex scientific products in a way that felt accessible, engaging, and informative to a diverse audience, including researchers, educators, and students. I led the website redesign to create a clearer, more intuitive user experience, enhancing product discoverability, improving content structure, and ensuring seamless navigation for both scientific experts and newcomers alike.

UX-Driven Redesign & IA Overhaul for a CBD eCommerce Powerhouse


As the lead UX/UI designer, I partnered with Have a Nice Day (HAND) to completely restructure and redesign their website. Their original site was overwhelming, outdated, and difficult to navigate—especially for the community members it was meant to support. I led user research, streamlined the information architecture, and created a clean, accessible design system that dramatically improved usability. Through card sorting, stakeholder interviews, and usability testing, we cut navigation time nearly in half and improved engagement across the board. It was a rewarding challenge in bringing clarity and care to a mission-driven digital space.
Designing a Seamless eCommerce Website
for Next-Gen Pickleball Gear
I focused on creating a sleek, user-friendly platform that effectively showcased their innovative pickleball products. I restructured the homepage to highlight key product categories like paddles, accessories, and apparel, integrating visually appealing imagery and detailed descriptions. Additionally, I ensured that product pages featured clear, engaging content that communicated Revolin's unique technology and benefits. This approach aimed to enhance user experience, boost product visibility, and make the buying process seamless for customers.
Solving Complex eCommerce Needs with a Shopify-Integrated Product Customizer and Sales Rep Flow
I designed a custom product personalization feature for a Shopify eCommerce site that allowed customers to customize products and connect with a Sales Rep for advanced options. This required researching customizer solutions, evaluating app integrations, and creating user flows for customers, sales reps, and business owners to ensure a seamless multi-user experience.

Product Customizer
The client wanted customers to have the ability to personalize their products directly on the website. This required a custom-built feature that reflected the client’s goals, respected the limitations of the Shopify platform, and could be easily updated by their team in the future. I worked closely with developers to scope out how best to implement this functionality for long-term flexibility.

Sales Rep App
To support more advanced product personalization, the client wanted certain customizations to be accessible only through a Sales Rep. This meant customers would need to schedule a session with a rep for higher-level customization. Additionally, the client wanted to track Sales Rep performance and offer commission based on order value. I researched available Shopify apps, communicated with support teams, and scoped out requested customizations to align the app with the desired workflows.
User Flows
The solution needed to support three core user types, each with different goals and permissions:

Customer – Should be able to easily purchase minimally customized “Buy As Is” products without needing to contact a Sales Rep.

Sales Rep – Needs access to exclusive customization options, the ability to manage client orders, and tools to track their performance. This interface lives within the Sales Rep App but connects with the main product customizer.

Business Owner/Admin – Requires full visibility into the process, with control over content, customization options, and Sales Rep management. They needed the ability to edit all parts of the customizer and oversee every user flow.

Led a full website redesign to support the launch of a new product line, refresh the visual style, and improve overall user experience. The redesign focused on adding engaging animations, updating key graphics, and improving the subscription flow—resulting in a 400%+ increase in subscription conversions since launch.
