About the Client – Serket Technologies
This project was completed in collaboration with Serket Technologies, an agri-tech company focused on transforming livestock farming through artificial intelligence. Serket develops cutting-edge computer vision systems that help farmers monitor animal health, behavior, and welfare in real time—reducing antibiotic use, improving productivity, and creating more sustainable food systems.
As part of Serket’s core product team, I led the UX and UI efforts for their desktop AI camera monitoring platform. The platform allows users to observe livestock remotely, receive health alerts, and leverage behavioral analytics, all through a responsive, data-rich web dashboard. This SaaS solution is a major pillar in Serket’s mission to digitize livestock farming and empower better decisions on the farm through AI-driven insights.
By working directly with the product owner, developers, and machine learning engineers, I helped bring Serket’s vision to life—translating complex technology into a human-centered, intuitive interface for users in agriculture and animal health.
Overview
During my time at an AI agri-tech startup, I led UX strategy and end-to-end product design across a suite of tools that supported real-time animal health monitoring through camera vision and behavioral analysis. As the sole UX Strategist and Product Designer, I shaped the user experience across web, mobile, and marketing platforms while collaborating daily with developers, stakeholders, and machine learning engineers.
These projects spanned high-stakes sensor data visualization, scalable design systems, and feature development for a fast-growing, global user base of farmers and field workers.

Mobile App Redesign
I led the redesign of Serket Tech’s mobile app, transforming it into a more intuitive and user-friendly experience for farmers monitoring pig behavior in real time. The new design improved usability, visual consistency, and navigation, ensuring seamless access to AI-driven insights on both Android and iOS. By optimizing data visualization and interaction flows, the app empowers users to make informed decisions that enhance animal welfare and farm efficiency.
Saas Platform for Real-Time Data Analysis


As the UX and Product Designer for an AI-powered camera vision SaaS platform, I led the end-to-end design and product definition process—from early discovery through delivery. I worked closely with stakeholders to define user groups, workflows, and feature priorities, turning research into actionable product requirements and design strategy. I created detailed user flows, wireframes, and prototypes, and developed a scalable, responsive design system tailored to the platform’s complex AI outputs. My work balanced usability with technical feasibility, resulting in a clean, intuitive interface that supports real-time data analysis. I collaborated with developers throughout implementation, delivering annotated design files, product specs, and async walkthroughs to ensure a seamless build process and long-term scalability.


Designing the System Behind the Product — Scalable UI for Success
This project focused on creating, updating, and maintaining a comprehensive design system to ensure visual and functional consistency across multiple web and mobile applications. The goal was to streamline the design process, enhance efficiency, and facilitate clear communication between design and development teams.

Website Redesign
I led a complete redesign for the website that included the restructuring of each page to improve content flow and accessibility. I added more detailed information to better inform visitors and incorporated engaging imagery to enhance the visual appeal. The goal was to provide a clearer, more dynamic user experience with improved navigation, ensuring that the website effectively communicated the company’s offerings while keeping readers engaged and informed. This redesign also aimed at aligning the site’s layout with modern UX/UI standards.


Outcomes & Impact
My work on the AI Camera Vision Platform focused on revitalizing an existing product—bringing consistency, usability, and scalability to both the user experience and the underlying design infrastructure. By modernizing the interface and introducing a flexible design system, I helped position the platform for long-term success and greater user adoption.
